I was thinking "Bob the Builder", maybe he got on the wrong side of Dizzy.

You're right, EH, I'm looking at a Mr. Bill doll on my desk right now and that's him.

Oh no Mr. Bill!

This reminds me of something wonderful from my childhood. Ever since "Empire Strikes Back" came out, my Dad referred to the carbonite thing as the "Han Solo chocolate bar." We were always amazed that no one in the Star Wars merchandising-industrial complex had the same idea. At the very least, if they ever marketed a frozen Han candy bar, I never saw one.

But this is pretty awesome.

sorry for the anonymous posting but I didn't create a login....the cake was my grooms cake and I have to say, us star wars fans got a kick out of it, and it really was delicious on top of that! The carbonite was edible fondant and the cake was a red velvet two layer with buttercream in the middle...

Gotta give it to you, anonymous bride from TX, cutting into a carbonite cake and exposing the red velvet interior is more chilling than the Tom Petty video "don't come around here no more", with Alice being "served" at the tea party.

I love it, the wedding party is capped off with a male symbol of virility being cut open to expose the buttercream center.

Best wishes for a long and happy marriage.
