Ok but, seeing that CCTVs are all evil and stuff, how would it be a good thing to freak out your neighbor with a faked one?
Can you see this as making people more comfortable with the idea of CCTV?
They're taking a serious issue and making it a joke.

CCTVs? Meh. MY neighbors, on the other hand, wonder just what it is that I'm burying in the backyard late at night. And why so often...
Better yet, make an papercraft CCTV camera and put a real pinhole webcam in it.

That's funny. I also made a paper cctv template a couple of years ago and plastered the city of Cologne with them - a real fun project. Unfortunately most cameras were taken down within hours. You can see a few images here:

I thought this would be funny for my cube but who in the hell are you supposed to print this out properly? Both IE7 and FF3 show it has huge and not fitting on one page. I would assume you wouldn't want to "Shrink to Fit" as that messes with the original size of the images...and I just dumb?
